Bexar County Detention Ministries is happy and grateful to accept any and all financial contributions towards the ministry and services provided by this organization. Monetary donations assist us in providing and expanding chaplaincy services and social service programs to the incarcerated, the formerly incarcerated and their family members.

 

Financial Donations are critical to continuing to support the programs provided by Bexar County Detention Ministries.  Your contribution will provide:

      $5.00     Provides Basic Necessities (Food, Clothing, Hygiene items)

      $10.00   Provides a “Managing My Life” re-entry workbook and series of 8 classes

      $15.00   Provides a client with Job Readiness education, resume attire for interviews.    

       $16.00   Provides an identification card through Texas Department of Public Safety

        $20.00   Provides a backpack and school supplies for the child of an incarcerated client

        $25.00   Provides a Birth Certificate in order to obtain an ID for employment

        $30.00   Provides public transportation for employment for 1 month

        $50.00   Provides a series of 6 Anger Management classes as required by Bexar County courts

        $60.00   Provides the meal for the “We Are Not Alone” and Shalom support groups for family

                      Members of the incarcerated and the formerly incarcerate.

 

        $5.00     Provides a Substance Recovery Class

         $5.00     Provides a Money Management Class

         $5.00     Provides a Parenting Class
